We built Qlira, a comprehensive healthcare platform where patients book test packages and view reports, labs run their operations, and blood-collection centres coordinate schedules and barcodes with both.
- A blood test involves three parties: the patient who books it, the collection centre that draws the sample and the lab that runs the analysis and issues the report.
- Each party needs its own tools, yet all three work on the same bookings, samples and results.
- Every sample has to stay tied to the right patient and order as it moves from collection centre to lab, which is the job of the barcodes.
- Patients needed one place to choose a test package, book it and read their reports.
Three connected systems on shared data, each shaped around the people who use it.
Patients browse test packages by category, book through a cart and follow each order’s status from the home screen.
The lab admin platform is the control centre: it holds collection centres, packages, tests, barcodes and users, alongside appointments, results and daily operations.
Collection centres manage their sampling schedules and barcodes in their own platform and coordinate with patients and the lab from there.
