Overview

AYS Group needed one system for the full life of a job. We built a bilingual (English/Arabic, full RTL) operations platform: calls and website bookings become priced job cards, flow across a configurable Kanban board, get scheduled with crews, vehicles and equipment, and close with online quotation approval, invoicing, satisfaction surveys and payroll calculated from real attendance. Money in and money out (card payments, purchases and payroll payouts) is pushed to a dedicated accounting module through Cloud Functions.

What we built
Configurable Kanban job board with move guards that explain every refusal at once
Nine roles and a two-layer permission matrix (pages + actions) editable by the admin
Calendar with drag-to-reschedule, daily schedule export to PDF, CSV or WhatsApp
On-site check-in/out with location, delay reasons and multi-day sign-offs
Online quotation approval, numbered invoices, part payments and satisfaction surveys
Payroll from recorded attendance: overtime per day, holiday/Friday/night multipliers, advances
Fleet rule enforced server-side: one van’s jobs must be 90+ minutes apart (no double booking)
Service contracts with recurring visits that auto-create job cards
