Overview

A simple, fast system for a small falafel and sandwich restaurant that still follows strict accounting rules. Cashiers sell from a quick POS screen, the kitchen sees a live order board, and managers get purchases, suppliers, inventory, prepared materials, expenses, cash box, reports and daily closing, all in an Arabic right-to-left interface. Financial documents are never deleted, only cancelled with a reason, and every reference number is generated inside a Firestore transaction.

Quick-sale POS with order history, search, filtering and cancellation with reason
Live kitchen board: waiting → preparing → ready, with wait time per order
Recipes and prepared materials with automatic unit costing and production orders
Purchase invoices (paid, partial, deferred) driving stock cost and supplier statements
Cash box with partner deposits, payroll and salary advances
Daily closing that reconciles expected vs. actual cash and locks the day
Admin / accountant / cook roles enforced in the UI and in Firestore security rules
Immutable audit log and Excel / CSV exports of exactly what is on screen
