A digital healthcare platform for at-home and in-centre laboratory testing. It connects patients, mobile nursing teams, collection centres and laboratories in one ecosystem that manages the whole testing lifecycle, from the first booking to the final result.
- Each booking ends either in a home visit by a mobile nurse or in an appointment at a collection centre, and every sample has to reach the lab correctly labelled.
- Patients, nurses and staff work in English, Portuguese or German.
- Payments and medical invoices have to meet EU requirements.
- Companies buy testing under corporate contracts, alongside patients who book for themselves.
Patients pick tests or themed packages in the app, such as Happy Healthy or Performance Peak, and book a home visit or a collection-centre appointment.
Field nurses work from their own app. Tubes are labelled with barcodes, and each sample is tracked to the lab.
Results come back to the patient app with context: each value is shown against its normal range, with a short explanation and suggested follow-up tests.
One backend serves the web portal and both apps, with EU-compliant payments and invoicing, real-time alerts across channels, role-based permissions with audit logs, and an architecture ready for LIS integration.
