A medical reports platform for laboratories and medical groups. Reports are uploaded into a live queue per lab and shift, pass identity review and technical correction, are assigned to doctors and handed off between colleagues, and are released to patients only after financial clearance.
- Medical reports were spread across hospitals, clinics and laboratories, with no central place to keep them.
- Patients needed to share their records with an external or family doctor without sharing their sign-in details.
- Facilities needed to meter the report credits they use, and to sell report packages and services.
- Doctors and technicians often work for several facilities at once.
- Patient lookup had to stay private, with no searching by name.
Facilities register with their commercial registration, VAT number and branches, and receive a unique facility code. Staff join only once the main admin approves them, and sub-admins get exactly the permissions the main admin grants.
Patients do not sign themselves up: staff create their accounts, caregivers manage family sub-profiles, and every search runs on the ID number, never the name.
Reports pass a two-step gate in the technician queue: a financial approval debits the facility’s report credits, then the technician releases the report to the patient.
Built on Next.js with NextAuth and Drizzle ORM, Supabase for file storage, Twilio for SMS, Odoo for sales orders and Stripe for payments, with each lab paid through its own Stripe account.

Patients
- Family sub-profiles under one caregiver
- Temporary profiles, with reminders until they are completed
