Karim Mallak identified a gap in Lebanon’s maintenance industry and partnered with Kuality AI to create Siyana, an advanced platform connecting individuals and businesses with reliable service providers. We ran the market analysis, tailored the platform to local needs and built a scalable system that launched as a trusted brand.
- Two kinds of customer: individuals who need one-off repairs, and businesses that need recurring maintenance under a contract.
- Requests cover many trades, from electrical, cooling and heating work to painting, blinds, diesel generators and solar energy.
- Every request has to be approved and dispatched to a maintenance leader who is free at the right time.
- Customers pay in person, in cash or by card, so the cost of each visit has to be visible to them and recorded for reporting.
- The app had to work in Arabic and English.
A customer app for individuals and businesses, a Maintenance Leader app for the field team and an admin panel for operations, all working from the same requests and schedules.
Simple sign-in by mobile number and SMS code, or by email and password with a verification link, and a switch between Arabic and English.
Business contracts are signed offline and uploaded, and each contract’s monthly visits generate requests automatically.
No online payment gateway: customers pay in person, and the leader records the cost in the app, where the customer can see it.
